Skydive Kansas City offers new, state of the art ram-air student parachute equipment and the "Cypres AAD (Automatic Activation Device) on all our equipment, 2100 sq. ft of indoor carpeted packing, climate controlled classrooms, big screen TV’s, over 2000 acres of landing area, easy access from Kansas City on US hwy 71. Public restrooms, spectator areas, picnic tables, camping nearby and lots of parking space. Our landing area is well taken care of with mowed targets for easy air to ground referencing and a highly skilled & professional certified staff offering you the safest student training record in the Midwest.
Aircraft
Our fleet of Cessna 182 aircraft are the workhorse's of the skydiving industry worldwide. These aircraft offer a safe and reliable platform for conducting student training jumps. Our aircraft are highly maintained by in house " FAA certifed mechanics" specializing in skydiving aircraft and our flown by highly experienced commercial pilots speacialy trained for this type of activity. Most of our pilots are jumpers as well making this type of flying much safer and efficient due to the unique flying requirements of skydiving operations.
Rigging/Gear Sales
Skydive Kansas City has a full service rigging loft offering minor to major maintenance on your skydiving gear. From the weekend jumper to the aerobatic pilots we can take care of all your rigging needs.
