Static Line
Static Line or First Jump as we refer to it is by far the most popular way to skydive solo for your very first jump. Approx. 6500 first jump students have made this leap with our operation in the past 11years of business. Its by far the most rewarding experience and the only way to jump solo for your first time. This program is designed to get you trained and jumped the same day “weather permitting” using your own equipment and flying the most modern state of the art equipment in the Midwest. Tandem
Tandem is the other option at Skydive Kansas City. This program will allow you to experience skydiving with an instructor assisting you with one large parachute system designed for two. You will still attend a training class on the things to and not to do with your instructor assisted skydive. You will experience the highest jump in the area from 10,000ft agl. However you will not be trained enough in this program to jump solo after this experience. Tandems at Skydive Kansas City take approx. half a day from training to jumping “weather permitting”.
